Your role:
• Performance marketing channels
• ATL marketing is managed by the Customer and Cultural Marketing team, activation and optimization of key digital elements of the ATL plan such as YouTube, programmatic display and social display are managed by the Digital Marketing team
• Management of the on-line traffic plan to ensure increased customer traffic and conversion rates
• Reporting and communication of performance to the wider business
• Manage the allocated budget and resources
• Reviewing and shaping marketing plans and daily team priorities in response to performance
• Monitor competitor activities, adjust marketing programmes accordingly where necessary
• Liaising with Customer and Cultural marketing team to deliver a joined-up customer messaging and engagement strategy, focused on agreed KPIs
• Lead, coach, develop and motivate the Digital Marketing team, to enable them to individually perform at their best
• Ensure the operational fundamentals are executed to the highest standard ensuring the best customer experience
• Liaise with industry partners to ensure GAME and APPs are adopting key technologies and trends
• Deliver digital marketing roadmap for medium and long-term projects.

• Experience leading and delivering projects
• Experience of leading a successful team
• Ability to drive cross communication
• Passion for customer experience, marketing and technology
• Significant experience in online marketing, retail is desirable but other sectors can be considered. Agency or brand side experience will be considered
• Knowing your stuff. Genuinely passionate and excited about what you do, you're a team player with an interest in gaming and experience in a similar field. (preferred)
